What counts as verified

A staff member is verified when their best score on a graded sitting reaches 80%, against the current version of your menu or SOP. Move one person's numbers below and watch what it does to the bill.

Verification lapses after 90 days. It also lapses for anyone tested on a menu you have since changed, because a pass against last season's list is not evidence about this one.

80% is the same for every operator on the platform. It is not adjustable, by us or by you. Your own pass mark, the score you use to decide who needs a conversation, is separate and yours to set. It starts at 70%.

What it comes to

One restaurant, 25 staff verified: £75 plus £75. £150 a month.
Three sites, 20 staff verified at each: £225 plus £180. £405 a month.

Larger operations

Groups above ten sites, and cruise operators, are quoted separately.
